IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY A VACATION HOME AND PROFIT FROM IT WE ARE ALLOWING SHORT TERM RENTALS. ACCORDING TO OUR CONVENANTS SHORT TERM RENTALS ARE PERMITTED WITH A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. THESE RENTALS MUST ABIDE BY WHITE COUNTY SHORT TERM RENTALS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

ALTHOUGH NOT OFFERED IN THE STANDARD BUILD DETACHED GARAGES ARE ALLOWED UNDER THE CONVENANTS WITH RESTRICTIONS.

How many lots are in the neighborhood
There are 27 total lots in Blue Creek Forest, we are currently in the process of building on three of those lots.
Can I buy a lot to build on?
We are currently not offering to sell lots but the option is available for you to prepurchase a home on one of our lots.
Will I be able to rent out my house?
Yes, we are allowing short term rentals in this neighborhood. They must comply with White County's terms and conditions for short term rentals
